| Marifield Junior & Adult “Folks” (Labs & Flats):

In a rotation basis, all members of the Marifield family have the right to spend quality time and participate of the daily routine with the human family at home (watch TV, read a book, listen to music, be a coach potato, assist with daily routines and office tasks, sleep at home). They are great helpers and offer moral support, at all times. They warm our feet and soul better than any human or electric blanket.

| Marifield Puppies:

Our puppies are born in the house and remain with mum and the human family for 5 weeks; then, Brood bitch and litter move to the nursery kennel building, adjacent to the main kennel building, next to the house, which is where Marifield Junior and Adult 4 legged family members spend their 9 to 5 “working” days. Marifield puppies then have a whole new world to discover (smells, textures, surfaces, toys and to experience the delicious sunshine from the Algarve) as well as new friendships to make. At 6.5 weeks puppies start their vaccination program and are microchipped. Between 8 and 12 weeks of age puppies say farewell to mummies and go to their new families. Majority of them do come back for regular visits, which is such a blessing and delight!

Marifield breedings are a result of carefully planned litters, from healthy stock (Sire & Dam; Hips, Elbows & Eyes tested) from renowned foreign Champion and sound lines for beauty, temperament and workability. Our puppies are placed with 2 vaccinations, several dewormings, microchip, official pedigree KC papers, a starter pack of Puppy food, insurance coverage for one year and written guidelines. Our puppies are home reared and reasonably house & crate trained and socialised according to  their early age and usually placed at around 9½ weeks old. We are adamant to improve the two breeds we love so much (Labs & Flats) and to honour our commitment to our breedings and respective families; we are available for support and guidance, at all times.

Our “boys and girls” have indeed been blessed with wonderful families and we take, once again, the opportunity to express our heartfelt Thank You for loving and caring for our Labs & Flats with such commitment and responsibility and for making the time to keep in touch and/or visit on a regular basis.
